DAISY and DENNIS
We like to say thank you for sending Carlos as our guide. He is very professional, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We had a great time.
Here are our comments on the following topics.
1. Transportation- Good. We enjoyed riding in the truck although it can be improved on such as having one with a lockable trunk. We were a little concerned about people breaking in while we went on a hike while leaving our packs and stuff in the trunk although Carlos spent a great deal of effort securing the trunk with tied down.
2. Guide- Excellent!
3. Hotels/Camps- Very Good. Thanks for upgrading us to the dome tent. That's was very nice. Comments: The inflatable mattress may not be the best for couple as it warble too much. I would suggest 2 individual mattress or pad.

Trip: Paine Trek on December 2008
"I want to thank you for the best trip your excellent
staffs had led us - both Carlos the guide and Carlos
the driver (we called him Carlitos to differentiate).
We have never expected the trip to be so wonderful
that together with the heavenly scenery, we really
spent the greatest 5 days in Torres Del Paine.
They are both so considerate, very detail-oriented and
very friendly. Always reach out to help and never
neglect any little thing.
We love them and can't
image anyone could offer any better service then them.

This is truly the best tour we've ever had! I wonder
how you would be able to get such good quality people
and train them so well. (Carlos the guide told us
that you treat them very nice as well. I guess it got
to be one of the keys :)
We truly appreciate everything your company has
offered. And we will definitely strongly recommend
your service to our friends and on the internet.
If
someone needs reference, you can send him/her over.
We'd gladly recommend your excellent services. Salute
to you and your team!
Again, thank you and our sincere regards,"

I met Gary and Linda today at the airport. They spent a few days in Buenos Aires after their journey and just returned home today.
They gave me an exceptionally favorable report. They were extremely pleased with the services provided by Yamana. They said that Eduardo was an excellent guide and that Carlitos was the best guide they had ever had.
Their stay at Rio Verde was excellent and they also were very impressed with Juan Borrego. Throughout their trip they had excellent weather, but they said that your services were the best part.
Thanks very kindly for your close attention to this trip. They very much appreciated your good work and so do I! A personal thanks to you from Ibex (me).
I'm looking forward to working with you again next season. (Perhaps I can get a big enough group that I can join it.
We are back in the US With one more flight before we are home again. We had an amazing trip. We really enjoyed our trip to Torres Del Paine. Our guides provided a rich and personal experience. I would definitely recommend using their services in the future. Thank you again for your assistance.
